So yesterday was a pretty busy day. It was my nephew’s 7th birthday. We went to my sister’s and hung out till after 6 p.m. which is longer than normal. Cycila threw the biggest fit when we left because she spent the whole time playing with Addi. My only problem with deciding not to have another child is that she isn’t going to have anyone. She loves her cousins and she actually woke up before 7 a.m. yesterday because she knew we were going to “Aunt Debbie’s”.
So the big thing about Cycila is that she doesn’t like men. She won’t hug them, talk to them, or interact with them until they come around A LOT. Well yesterday was awesome because she had yet to “like” Adam my sister’s husband. He has tried and tried and usually she just looks at him and shakes her head no. Yesterday was a mile stone.
Adam: Cycila come sit by me
Cycila: Smiles, and walks over and plops down right next to him on the couch
Adam: high five
Cycila: gives him a high five and laughs.
It was amazing wish my battery in my camera hadn’t died.
The party was great but also left me exhausted Being around so many kids makes me sleepy. It also meant I didn’t post any thing on here either. Hope you all are having a good weekend. I am about to be adding a new section on to my blog to stayed tuned….
